In this interactive session you will take a self scoring assessment to:

  • Recognize how you are perceived by others when at your best and under stress
  • Understand your unique strengths, optimal work environment and approach to money and salary negotiation
  • Learn how to influence others with greater impact for ultimate goal achievement


Shoya Zichy is the author of Career Match and Women and The Leadership Q. Her personality model Color Q has been featured in Fortune, Barron’s, Newsday, CNN, Chicago Sun Times and other media. An internationally recognized speaker, her client groups include Merrill, Prudential, ABN, Harris Bank and the U.S. Treasury. She is past President of the Myers Briggs Association of NY and is an adjunct lecturer at NYU.
